Imrecon

Ian Rowson has been developing sector scale models since the early 1990s. 

Sector scale models are models of an entire sector, representing business, policy and simulation models for a number of businesses in a sector. 

Although a sector scale model could be used to model the interactive dynamics of a sector, more often Imrecon is involved in creating a controlled modelling environment for a number of businesses, e.g. for a regulator considering the impacts of policy on each business and across the sector.
