Imrecon integrates financial/policy modelling with infrastructure planning.

In 2005, working together with Dr William Hynes, Imrecon developed an integration of financial/policy modelling with infrastructure planning methodologies, initially in the context of an airport price review.  These methodologies combine to provide useful ways to understand capacity issues and draw out the implications for capital expenditure requirements, finance, incentives and other policy aspects.
