To remain compliant with Ofcom's Broadcasting Code, broadcasters must design and analyse the rules of competitions, especially those involving audience participation, e.g. phone voting.

Imrecon draws from experience of analysing and modelling regulatory rules to inform the design of competition rules and provide reassurance that the rules will work as intended.  Imrecon considers the underlying structure of the rules, explores contingencies and models the potential outcomes.  Outcomes can involve vary large numbers of possible permutations, requiring the kind of careful modelling approach that Imrecon adopts in all kinds of policy modelling.
